Ginnie's Guest House is a Victorian 3 storey Town House,
situated just off the sea front. It is now in its second
generation as a family run business - Francis and Kim
Wood took over Ginnie's in October 2002 from Kim's
Father, Ken Akrill

The Guest House was
established in 1991
with the aim of providing comfortable,
smoke-free
accommodation

It is close to the sea front, Pleasure Island, Ten Pin Bowling, Cleethorpes
Coast Light Railway, The Show Grounds / Paddocks and the new Meridian Point Leisure &
Retail Park development, and we have parking for up to 4 cars.
