Ginnie's Guest House is a Victorian 3 storey Town House, situated centrally in Cleethorpes seaside resort, just off the sea front.So we are an excellent choice for accommodation in Cleethorpes

 

We are ideally located with easy access to both ends of Cleethorpes.

 

We are minutes away from the sea front, Pleasure Island, Ten Pin Bowling, Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway, Cinema, Boating Discovery Centre, and the Meridian Park events arena.

Ginnie's guest house is an ideal base for exploring Lincolnshire and the Wolds, whether you are walking, driving, cycling, motor cycling, going by train or taking the bus.

 

We are within easy reach of the market town of Louth.

 

Discover the Waltham Windmill, or ramble along the Louth navigation canal. Take advntage of bird watching along the salt marshes off Humberston. We have a good collection of local walks.

We have 7 rooms consisting of family, twin and double rooms.

 

All are either en-suite or private facilities, with TV, tea/coffee making facilities.

 

We have a ground floor twin room. There is off road parking for 4 vehicles, an area for parking motorbikes, wireless internet connection and access to rooms at all times.

Kim and Francis Wood took over Ginnie's in October 2002 from Kim's Father, Ken Akrill, who established the business in 1990. Since then we have continually maintained the standards, and year upon year been awarded a good solid 3 star rating by English Tourism. Our guest book contains many recommendation from happy guests, many who return time and again. A particular comment is for the quality of our breakfasts.
We are committed being as environmentaly friendly as we can be. We recycle as much of out waste as possilble, newspapers, plastic bottles, tin cans etc. We try to use recycled stationary or source from sustainable forests. In April 2009 we installed solar panels for our hot water system. July 2011 we had PV solar panels fitted to produce some of our own electricity. Read about them an more on Ginnie's Blog.
